Will Toronto rents ever decrease?

Is it just me or do Toronto rents feel like they’ll only keep climbing? I keep wondering if there's a chance for prices to ever get cheaper or if I'm just waiting for a drop that might never happen. What do the market predictions say? Am I the only one hoping rents will decrease?
