244 Roncesvalles Ave has me curious about local shops and parks

I’m checking out 244 Roncesvalles Ave since I’ll be starting my first job nearby. How walkable is it to get to cafes and parks? Also, is there decent access to the TTC around there for when I want to explore more of the city? Any hidden gems I should know about?
