Do most Toronto apartments include gyms and pools as amenities?

I'm moving to Toronto and want to know if gyms and pools are common features in apartment buildings. Access to fitness facilities would be a great perk, especially with a busy schedule. I’d also like to understand if there's usually an extra fee for these amenities.
