Found a rental at 48 Grenoble Dr but what's the transit situation like

I'm looking at a place on 48 Grenoble Dr and just curious about getting around. How easy is it to catch the TTC from there? Also, are there decent shops or parks within walking distance? Love a spot that feels connected to everything without being too hectic.
