Living at 1500 bathurst st for easy access to downtown transit

I'm considering 1500 Bathurst St and want to know how easy it is to get downtown on the TTC. I work near Union Station and rely heavily on subways and streetcars. Also, are there safe bike lanes in the area? Appreciate any tips on walkability for late-night trips!
