Dealing with a Frustrating Landlord Experience

I can’t believe how unresponsive my landlord has been lately. Promised maintenance for weeks, yet my sink is still leaking, and they're nowhere to be found. I feel overlooked and frustrated every time I try to bring up issues; it’s exhausting! This isn’t how renting should feel.
