Parking situation around 123 La Rose Ave and nearby amenities?

Hey everyone, I'm eyeing 123 La Rose Ave for a short stay. I read that transit access is solid, but what’s parking like for guests? Also, are there good eateries or parks nearby where I can hang out? I’m looking for a nice walkable area to explore during my stay.
