Thinking about living at 25 Montgomery Ave and my commute options

I’m considering moving to 25 Montgomery Ave and trying to gauge the TTC situation. How easy is it to get downtown for work? I'm also curious about bike lanes in the area for weekend rides. Any tips on the best routes or transit options for quick commutes would be great!
