My landlord leaves random fruit at my door! 🍎🍌

So, my landlord has started this peculiar habit of leaving random fruit at my door every week. One time it was a mango, another time a bunch of bananas! I mean, it's sweet and kind, but is this a new trend among landlords? Is this weird or am I the odd one out here?
