Parking situation around 368 Eglinton Ave E, any tips?

I'm checking out 368 Eglinton Ave E and I'm curious about parking options nearby. It's got close TTC access, which is great, but I'm wondering if there's street parking or any nearby lots. Also, how's it for walking to cafés and shops around there?
