Moving to 100 jameson ave and need tips on ttc for downtown work

Just graduated and starting my first job downtown. Wondering how easy it is to get from 100 Jameson Ave to places like Bay St. Any tips on streetcar or bus routes nearby? Also, are there good bike lanes for cycling to work? Thanks for any insights!
