Talk me out of signing this lease - $2000 for 1BR in June

I'm considering a $2000 1BR in a nice neighborhood with utilities included, but I'm worried about the size and possible hidden costs. It's a bit above my budget and I'm unsure if I can find something better. Should I take the plunge or keep looking for a more affordable option?
