Checking transit options around 106 Parkway Forest Dr for downtown work

I might be moving to 106 Parkway Forest Dr and want to see how easy it is to get downtown. What's the best way to access the subway or streetcars from there? Are the bus routes reliable? Any insights on the biking setup around the area would be helpful too!
