Short-term rental transit options near 18 Seeley Dr for my downtown job

I'm looking for a short-term rental at 18 Seeley Dr for about 3-6 months and need to commute downtown. What's the TTC frequency like for getting to places like Union Station? Are bike lanes around for easy access or is walking preferable for the short trips?
