Subway access thoughts for 35 gulliver rd and downtown commutes

I'm looking at 35 Gulliver Rd and wondering how easy it is to get to downtown. Does anyone know how close the subway is? Also, are there bike lanes nearby for those days I'd prefer to cycle? Any tips on bus or streetcar connections would be great too!
