Looking for Month-to-Month Lease Options in Toronto

I'm not sure how long I'll be in Toronto and don’t want to commit to a long-term lease. I'm seeking month-to-month options or a lease that converts to monthly after a year. Are there landlords willing to accommodate short-term arrangements? Any advice would be appreciated!
