Considering 879 Kennedy Rd, how's the food scene around there?

I'm looking at 879 Kennedy Rd and I know it's close to a few parks, but what about local dining options? I’m a huge fan of trying new restaurants and want to know if there’s a decent mix of cuisines nearby. Also, how’s the transit access to downtown from there?
