Living near 1724 lawrence ave w and its transit options for daily life

I'm considering a place at 1724 Lawrence Ave W and need to know about the TTC access. How easy is it to get downtown for work? I'm curious about nearby bus routes and streetcars, plus if there are bike lanes for getting around. Any insights on the walkability of the area would be great too!
