Thinking about 58 Thorncliffe Park Dr and my downtown commute options

I’m looking at 58 Thorncliffe Park Dr and trying to figure out my daily trips to downtown. How's the TTC from here, especially during rush hour? Also, are there bike lanes nearby for an alternative commute? Would love to hear from anyone with experience living in this area!
