Is 1751 Sheppard Ave E a good base for a downtown commute?

I’m considering moving to 1751 Sheppard Ave E and I’m curious about how easy it is to get downtown using the TTC. What are the subway and bus options like nearby? Also, are there bike lanes to make cycling a quick option for heading to work? Really want a solid transit setup!
