Anyone know if 220 Oak St has that community feel with nearby groceries?

I’m really drawn to 220 Oak St and the number of units there. How’s the community feel around the area? Are there decent grocery stores and restaurants nearby? Also, what’s public transit like on Oak St for getting around the city? I'm curious to hear personal experiences!
