Is 2363 queen st e a good spot for easy ttc access to downtown?

I'm considering moving to 2363 Queen St E and want to know if the TTC makes my daily commute to downtown smooth. How easy is it to hop on a streetcar or bus nearby? Also, are bike lanes in the area safe for cycling to work? Would love to hear your thoughts!
