12 Rockford Rd has me curious about nearby transit options

I'm moving to Toronto and spotted 12 Rockford Rd. How's the access to transit around there? I prefer to rely on TTC, and I want to know if there's a lot of walking-friendly spots nearby. Any parks or cafes that stand out? I’m hoping for an area with some character!
