Double-booked freight elevator moving day in danforth condo help needed

So I planned my move for next Saturday to my new condo in Danforth, but just found out the freight elevator is double-booked! I have a full home office with delicate equipment, and nowhere to store my stuff if it doesn’t fit. Any tips on how to handle this situation with management—or my movers?
