What to do if movers scratched my floors and now won't take responsibility

I just moved from a basement unit in East York to a high-rise condo, and the crew I hired left deep scratches on the new hardwood floors! They totally ghosted me when I tried to get them to come back and fix it. How do I even deal with this? Can I report them or am I just out of luck?
