How to deal with condo elevator scheduling for moving day in north york

I’ve got a moving date set for the end of the month in my North York condo, but the building says I won't know the elevator time until 72 hours before. With my work schedule, it feels impossible to coordinate a crew and get everything organized. Anyone else run into this hassle?
