How to handle freight elevator issues during condo move in toronto

I'm in a basement apartment in the Annex and my move is in two days, but the freight elevator is double-booked. I can’t afford to pay extra for storage new place at $2,500/month, and it’s stressing me out trying to figure out how to coordinate this all last minute. Any tips?
