What to do if the freight elevator is blocked on moving day in toronto

I'm moving from my townhouse in Etobicoke this Saturday and just found out that the freight elevator at my condo has been double-booked. I also have a piano that can’t afford any damage! What options do I have if my movers can’t access the elevator and how long should I plan for? Any tips?
