Bloor west village condo moving day rules and cost of movers

Just moved to a condo in Bloor West Village and found out there's a strict 2-hour time limit on the elevator for moving days! I’m already stressed about paying double rent for 2 weeks. Anyone know typical mover costs per hour for a 1-bedroom? This overlap is killing me.
