How to handle hydro and gas transfer on moving day in toronto

I just realized I forgot to transfer my hydro and gas on moving day from my East York house. Is there a way to expedite this since I need everything set up for my new downtown condo? Also, what utilities do I typically pay separately after moving? Feeling stressed about the costs!
