What to do if my condo's freight elevator is double-booked on moving day

I'm moving from a Danforth condo back downtown, but the freight elevator is double-booked on my move-in day. I paid a $500 damage deposit and need to be out of my current place by the end of the month. The building won't let me reschedule—what are my rights here?
