Landlord leaves random fruit at my door - sweet but weird?

So, my landlord has taken to leaving different fruits at my door each week. One week it’s peaches, the next it’s avocados. I’m not quite sure if this is their way of being friendly or if they think I need more fiber in my diet! Is this weird or am I the weird one?
