How much do movers charge in toronto for a student apartment

I'm a student moving to a 2-bedroom near U of T, and I'm worried about costs. I heard prices can range wildly, anywhere from $400 to over $800. Does anyone have recent experiences with movers in Toronto that could help me estimate a budget? Also, what should I look out for on move day?
