Hi everyone! I'm a first-time renter new to Toronto and hoping to find a decent 2 bed apartment for under $2,500. Any advice on the best areas for a 2BR under 2500? Also, are there specific tips for viewing apartments, deposits, or lease details I should know? Thanks!
