How much do movers cost toronto for a last minute move

My lease is up in 2 weeks, and I'm freaking out! Moving from a 1-bedroom in Markham to a shared unit downtown, but I've seen quotes ranging from $300 to $900. Anyone know how to find reliable movers on such short notice without breaking the bank? Scared of hidden fees after my last move!
