How much should i expect to pay movers for my 1 bedroom in toronto

Just got quotes from three different moving companies, and they range from $600 to $1,200 for my 1-bedroom near the U of T. Some added surprise fees that weren't mentioned upfront, which feels super sketchy. How do I even know what’s a fair price? Feeling stressed about this move!
