Moving to 80 Guestville Ave, need tips on TTC for downtown commute

Hey everyone! I'm considering 80 Guestville Ave for my first apartment after graduation. How's the TTC for getting downtown? Is there a good mix of streetcar and subway options nearby? I’m also curious about bike lanes in the area. Any insights would be super helpful!
