How much to tip movers in toronto is 15% enough or too little

I’m moving from a student apartment near U of T to a new place in Kensington Market with my cat. I'm stressed about the total cost and how much to tip the crew. I heard that 15% is a good rule, but I’m worried it won't be enough since I also need to factor in the stress of moving all my stuff!
