How much should i budget for movers to toronto suburbs from downtown

I'm moving from a one-bedroom in Kensington Market to a two-bedroom in Mississauga next month. I was quoted anywhere from $400 to $1,000 for movers. Is that typical for this distance? Also, will there be hidden fees I should watch out for on the moving day?
