How much should i tip movers in toronto for a 1 bedroom apartment

I'm moving out of my parents' place to a new build condo near Yonge and Eglinton next month. I got three quotes from different movers, and they're all over the place—one was $300, another $600. What's the going rate for tipping? Should I be calculating this as a percentage or just based on effort?
