Curious about 21 gulliver rd and its surrounding area

I've been exploring 21 Gulliver Rd and really like the look of the building! Can anyone share what the neighborhood feels like? Also, how's the access to public transit and local grocery options? I'm particularly interested in eateries nearby too.
