Exploring transit options from 451 Bloor St E to downtown toronto

I’m considering moving to 451 Bloor St E and want to know how easy it is to get downtown using the TTC. How close are the subway stations? Can I bike comfortably, or are the streets busy? I'm looking for a good mix of transit options without the need for a car.
