Anyone dealt with bed bugs at older buildings near Ossington? Need advice

Found what I think are bed bug bites on my arms this morning. I'm in an older building near Ossington and Queen - love the area but starting to worry. Has anyone dealt with this before? What's the process with landlords? Do they have to cover treatment costs? I'm freaking out a bit and not sure what steps to take first. Should I call the city or building management?
