How much should i pay toronto movers for a 1 bedroom apartment move

I'm moving from a King West condo with my partner and have no idea what to expect in terms of costs. I've heard prices can range anywhere from $100 to $200 an hour but I'm worried about being overcharged! Is this typical for a 1 bedroom? Any tips to negotiate fairly with a crew?
