How much do movers cost for a 2 bedroom in parkdale toronto

I just got three quotes from different moving companies for my 2-bedroom place in Parkdale, and they range from $800 to $1,200. It's so confusing! Should I be concerned about the higher quotes, or is this the going rate? Also, when's the best time to give my notice to my landlord?
