4918 Bathurst St has me curious about the local parks and community feel

I’m checking out 4918 Bathurst St and wondering about the parks nearby and how community-oriented the area is. I love being able to stroll in green spaces, and it looks like there might be some around. Also, how’s the access to public transit for getting downtown?
