Thinking about 568 Birchmount Rd for easy ttc access and biking

I'm considering a move to 568 Birchmount Rd and am curious about how easy it is to get downtown using the TTC. Is the streetcar or bus service frequent? Also, are bike lanes nearby for commuting? I’m hoping to make car-free living a breeze!
