Is 40 Tuxedo Crt good for transit to downtown or York University?

I'm trying to figure out if living at 40 Tuxedo Crt would make it easy to get to downtown for work or over to York University for classes. What’s the TTC like around there for quick trips? Also, how’s biking in the area? I love cycling but want to know if it’s practical. Thanks!
