Considering 30 Thelma Ave, how’s the transit to downtown and bike lanes?

I’m looking at 30 Thelma Ave and I’d love to know about the TTC options for getting downtown. How's the bus and streetcar frequency? Also, is it a good spot for cycling with nearby bike lanes, or are there tricky areas to avoid? Any tips on the overall walkability around here would be great!
