How much do movers cost toronto for small 1 bedroom apartment

I'm planning my move from a basement apartment in Etobicoke to a condo at Yonge and Sheppard next month. I've gotten quotes ranging from $400 to $800, and it's stressing me out! Should I be worried if the quote is too low, or are there ways to save money on packing and moving? Any tips?
